Embroidery: Secretly Spooky Table Runner

Make this table runner with glittery-eyed owls in their Halloween best. If 68 ½ x 12 inches is too long, use fewer blocks or omit sashing. Individual project elements (applique blocks, quilted blocks, sashing, and star point flying geese) are made and quilted in the hoop. Sewing is required to assemble and finish the project.

Kits include all fabrics for the blocks, applique, and binding, plus a USB stick with instructions and designs in common embroidery formats. Kit fabrics are numbered with some sub-cutting required. (Kit fabrics may not be the same as the shop sample.) If you want to select your own fabrics, the design is available without the kit.

During class, at least one of each project technique will be completed, there won’t be enough time to complete the full project.
