Instructor Bio:
Lori Noble, Artist Statement:
I am a mixed media, fiber artist and pattern designer. My style exudes color with a whimsical flair. I create work with the intention of bringing a smile to someone's face along with a good feeling. I have an imaginative personality and enjoy working collaboratively with others, bringing life to ideas, projects, and designs resulting in a remarkable finale.
I have been an artist ever since I held my first crayon. My expertise has been cut-and-pasted together with college course study, as well as various in-person, online and then self-studies. I started sewing when I received my first Singer Sew-Handy I think around 7. I have thankfully graduated to a more sophisticated machine. With that said, I started as a garment sewer, some couture style work including suits and wedding dresses, Home Dec, soft goods and accessories and now quilting.
I enjoy mentoring and guiding participants to explore new ideas, techniques and fun projects that will not only be educational but we have a lot of sharing and of course laughs in the classes I have had the privilege of leading.
